The TSA Operating Platform (TOP) is a federal government computer system that contains TSA data that is not intended or authorized for dissemination to anyone other than those TSA employees who have a need for the information in the performance of their official duties. It may contain information that is privileged or otherwise protected from public disclosure. The public availability of the information in this system is determined by the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552).
